Reilly Somach of The Rupert Selection

Performing at JoeyFest 2024

Reilly Somach is a singer-songwriter and  vocalist/guitarist of Boston rock band The Rupert Selection (nominated by The Boston Music Awards for Rock Artist of the year 2018, 2019, 2023 and Rock & Roll Rumble Finalists in 2017). Hailing from the Philadelphia suburbs, Somach moved to Boston's North Shore in grade school. When not playing with The Rupert Selection, Somach can often be found performing solo, accompanied only by an acoustic guitar or his solo band The Frozen Ponies. In 2020, he released multiple singles and two EP’s (“Fun With Friends'' in September and “Hooray For Sadness!” In November). 2021 saw the release of his first official solo album where all instruments are played solely by him entitled "Potentially Eventually" available on all streaming platforms.

Hayley Reardon

Performing at JoeyFest 2024

Hayley Reardon is a critically acclaimed folk-pop singer and songwriter, and a storyteller in the truest sense of the word. Reardon dove head first into music at the young age of 15, and has dedicated much of her life to writing, recording and performing music around the world. With more than 85 original songs released to date, Reardon’s music has been featured on multiple Spotify and Apple Music editorial playlists, boasting more than 7 million streams on Apple Music alone.

She has shared the stage with renowned artists including Lori McKenna, Rodney Crowell, Dar Williams, and Anaïs Mitchell, among others. Her ever-deepening music carries a lyrical and melodic weight beyond her years, being described as “brilliantly moving folk/pop with a lyrical depth and soul” (Performer Magazine) and “a melancholy little masterpiece” (American Songwriter Magazine). No Depression writes “Reardon is truly a treasure.”

Raised in a coastal Massachusetts town north of Boston, Reardon spent three years based in Nashville followed by six years carrying her songs and stories all over the globe.

Sam Bouvé

Performed at JoeyFest 2019, 2020, 2021, & 2022

Sam has been playing in the greater area of Boston for the better part of 10 years as a bassist. He spans all kinds of sounds from emo to psych rock to playing in jam bands. “I’ve always been open to anything, just love playing music with people I enjoy”.

Sam first played bass as part of a Boston country band in South Boston at college football events. He has since then transitioned to playing at prominent Boston venues including The Paradise Rock Club in which he has been both a performer as well as an audience member.

He currently plays with The Rupert Selection, Junior Beef, and Dead to the Core (a collective of musicians with a shared love for the Grateful Dead).

Ava Camille

Performed at JoeyFest 2019, 2020, & 2022

The 27 year old singer & songwriter born in DC now resides in LA, honing her craft and sharing her music widely.


Ava has always drawn inspiration from little and large moments in life and leaned into songwriting and singing as her strongest form of therapy. “Writing is extremely cathartic and offers me the safest space to process my emotions. Singing then provides me the space to express what I’ve processed.”


Ava Camille’s sound has a strong and steadying presence, drawing on her musical inspirations Maggie Rogers, Alicia Keys, and Holly Humberstone. She continues to draw inspiration from everyday moments including new music she hears, phone calls with friends, and her own life experiences.
